$80M Seismic Retrofit & Historic Renovation
Brought in mid-project to design a completion schedule and recover a stalled build. Led the re-coordination of trades, rebuilt subcontractor relationships, and reestablished trust with the client—reducing the projected finish by three months.
$20M Flood Damage Restoration
Responded to a building-wide flood affecting 150 apartments, five high-rise elevators, and three sub-basement levels. Designed and led a schedule that mobilized 120+ tradespeople to complete demolition, remediation, and rebuild in just five months—saving the client millions and returning most residents to their homes by Christmas.
$1M Outdoor Campus Upgrade
Led a 9-week summer build with shotcrete walls, cypress decking, and site lighting integrated into a multi-tiered landscape. Executed full demo and infrastructure preservation under tight schedule pressure through disciplined field communication and daily trade huddles.
$5M Multi-Site TI
Oversaw work at three campuses with 27 distinct scopes, including restroom upgrades, millwork, lighting, slab demo, and 30,000+ SF of flooring. Built integrated schedules coordinating with two other GCs—resulting in on-time, conflict-free turnovers at all sites.
$25M Office Suite & Executive Briefing Center
Built 34,000 SF of modern office space followed by a 16,000 SF executive briefing center featuring custom millwork, Carrera marble, and coffered ceilings. Integrated rooftop mechanical upgrades and security enhancements across a fully occupied downtown building.
